Emily's Island Denizens

I was recently called a Ceph-head, (which I thought was the greatest term in the world!) regarding my great love of, and obsession with, the cephalopod species! I was also informed that there are many, many, of us out there. So in honor of whomever invented this fabulous new descriptor, I present Emily's Island's cephaplods! They are majestic and mysterious, just like their cousins that live in the sea, but these guys have the distinct advantage of being machine washable! Woo Hoo!

Neiko Art Creatures!

Look at this handsome Yeti! Not only has he completely charmed me, but he has also answered one of the more puzzling questions in my life: "What DO Yeti eat?" This question has lurked in the back of my mind, like an itch I couldn't scratch, for years! Thank God for Neiko illustrations! Now I can sleep at night and go back to worrying about important things like "Am I pronouncing Cthulhu correctly?" "Why do they make things for your bathroom that rust?" "What is the plural of Yeti?" "Is there a limit to the number of commas I'm allowed to use?" "How is it possible that the advertising campaign with "Flo" actually sells car insurance?" etc. etc. etc.

Cthulhu Soap!!

Have we ever discussed my obsession with soap? No? well you have been missing out! I won't bore you with the (diagnostic) details but suffice it to say, that if you ever want to get me a present, yummy soap is a guaranteed hit. So, imagine my delight when I stumbled across Zanda Panda's Cthulhu Soap! You can even get it in the scent and color of your choice! I want mine in "unending madness" scent!

Yetis and Friends Creatures!

We've seen a good amount of amazing taxidermy here at iolm, but when it comes to dangererous acquisitions, these Yeti's from Yetis and Friends: The Item Shop take the prize! Just look at those teeth! They had to file 'em down just to make them safe enough to mount on your wall! Awesome!

Skull Week!

What? You only like your skull friends to be ceramic and you want a sock monkey too? Fine! I've got that covered as well! Calan Ree (our friend from The Gingerdead Shop) also makes these wonderful skull ceramic bud vases and dishes! What else could you possibly need?! Never mind, don't answer that, just come back Monday and I'll show you!

Mystik Dezigns!

If you, like me, live with someone who constantly looses things (wedding rings, keys, etc.) then you might want to invest in a few of these to help them find and keep track of things. I think a nice purple and yellow skully from Mystik Dezigns should make your keys easy enough to find, but then again, I don't have trouble finding things BECAUSE I PUT THEM IN THE SAME PLACE EVERY TIME, LIKE A NORMAL PERSON!!!! Er, um, sorry about that, just a little bent about the ring still...
